License

AffChecker.com grants you a revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable, limited license to make use of use AffChecker.com web based application, strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

Restrictions

You agree not to, and you will not permit others to: License, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose or otherwise commercially exploit the features and functionality on AffChecker.com or make the service available to any third party.

Modifications to web based application

AffChecker.com reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the application on AffChecker.com or any service to which they connect, with or without notice and without liability to you.

Term and Termination

This Agreement shall remain in effect until terminated by you or AffChecker.com. AffChecker.com may, in its sole discretion, at any time and for any or no reason, suspend or terminate this Agreement with or without prior notice. This Agreement will terminate immediately, without prior notice from AffChecker.com, in the event that you fail to comply with any provision of this Agreement. Upon termination of this Agreement, you shall cease all use of the application and delete all data from the application stored on any of your devices or systems.

Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Liability

By searching or registering you agree AffChecker.com will not be held liable or responsible for any loss or damage caused by the application and its usage.

Amendments to this agreement

AffChecker.com reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace this Agreement at any time.

Responsible use of this application

Any party making use of AffChecker.com's application agrees they will not cause damage, loss or service disruption to any other parties software systems.

E-mail usage

By entering your email address you are agreeing you want to receive emails from AffChecker.com about website scan completions, relevant products and services. Your email address will not be shared with any 3rd parties and you may opt out at any time.

Billing

You understand that AffChecker.com is a monthly subscription service.

We are in no way affiliated with Amazon.com or any of its parent companies or subsidiaries.

Refunds

Refunds are not at our sole discretion.
